QCMs for Corrective Actions

According to EA-2/10 document, Reference Materials should be used by the accredited laboratories participating in PT schemes which obtained not satisfactory performance evaluation, in way to take up corrective actions.

Corrective Actions is an additional service with respect to participation to QC Proficiency Programme and is limited to the participants of the 2010 QC PT programme . The cost is the same as the corresponding QC 2010 Proficiency Testing exercise, discounted by 50% (+ shipping charges in the case of liquids), and includes:

• Reference Material - QCM
• guidelines
• Helpdesk service
• Z-score certificate
