The sending of the proficiency testing results by the participants is simple and easy through our on-line entry system available in our RESERVED AREA, which allows you to enter/edit the results until the day of deadline.

Laboratories must submit test results by the date specified in the table with the time schedule.

After the expiration date of result transmission, the data received will not be considered in the statistical treatment and will not be present in the technical report of the proficiency testing.

An additional cost is calculated for the shipment of samples by courier service. The shipping expenses may vary in function of countries of destination and weight of the dispatch package. Quotation of shipping expenses will be provided case by case upon request.

Participation in proficiency testing is strongly recommended by the ISO 17025:2005 standard and by the Accreditation Bodies for the accredited laboratories or in the process of accreditation as an essential instrument of external quality control for the evaluation of the data reliability, with the purpose of accreditation maintenance.

For private laboratories: The payment must be made upon receipt of the sample/s to the first campaign in which the laboratory is enrolled.
Sent the sample/s will be sent to the laboratory and the pro forma invoice will be issued after payment invoice for VAT purposes.

For public laboratories: from the date of dispatch of samples/s for Proficiency Testing will be invoiced with payment in 60 days after invoice.
When taking part in more campaigns in the year will be invoiced with payment due 60 days after invoice from the date of sending of the last sample campaign in chronological order in which the laboratory is registered.
